Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Position Type: Volunteer Part-Time
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at Cadware, you will lead the design process from concept to delivery. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into elegant, user-friendly designs that solve real-world problems. You’ll help define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile platforms.

- Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, accessible, and user-centered.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, marketing) to ensure design consistency across products.
- Create design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Iterate designs based on testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Advocate for the user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.tanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- Experience working with SaaS products, B2B platforms, or enterprise software is a bonus.
