Job Title: Product Manager

Job Description
As a Product Manager at Cadware, you will oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements. Responsibilities include defining product vision, conducting market research, and gathering user feedback to inform product development. Additionally, the Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive implementation and timely delivery of products.

- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch to post-release iteration and improvement.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and timely product delivery.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
- Manage the product backlog, write clear user stories, and ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for user needs throughout the product development process.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret user feedback, market trends, and data to inform strategy.
- Effective communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
